la cullera un esdeveniment gastron\u00f2mic on els restaurants que hi participen oferixen uns men\u00fas amb els guisats tradicionals de la gastronomia mutxamelera.<\/p>\n<p>Les jornades de la cullera s\u00f3n el principal atractiu per als amants del bon menjar, que podran assaborir els millors guisats tradicionals de la gastronomia local com s\u00f3n l&#8217;olleta borda, el bollitori o els arrossos caldosos, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>Estes jornades de la cullera obrin el calendari gastron\u00f2mic que es du a terme a Mutxamel al llarg de tot l&#8217;any. Vos esperem!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_2-1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div id=\"ultimate-heading-953169edf50ab0073\" class=\"uvc-heading ult-adjust-bottom-margin ultimate-heading-953169edf50ab0073 uvc-5207 \" data-hspacer=\"no_spacer\"  data-halign=\"left\" style=\"text-align:left\"><div class=\"uvc-heading-spacer no_spacer\" style=\"top\"><\/div><div class=\"uvc-main-heading ult-responsive\"  data-ultimate-target='.uvc-heading.ultimate-heading-953169edf50ab0073 h2'  data-responsive-json-new='{\"font-size\":\"\",\"line-height\":\"\"}' ><h2 style=\"font-weight:bold;\">VIII JORNADES DE LA CULLERA<\/h2><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Mutxamel celebra al mar\u00e7 la VIII edici\u00f3 de les Jornades de la Cullera<\/p>\n<p>Mutxamel tornar\u00e0 a convertir-se en referent de la gastronomia tradicional amb la celebraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;octava edici\u00f3 de les Jornades de la Cullera, que tindran lloc durant dos caps de setmana del mes de mar\u00e7, concretament del 6 al 8 i del 13 al 15 de mar\u00e7 de 2026, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;oferir m\u00e9s oportunitats per a gaudir dels men\u00fas preparats per la restauraci\u00f3 local.<\/p>\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3 participaran deu establiments del municipi, que oferiran complets men\u00fas de cullera compostos per tres entrants i un plat principal, on no faltaran receptes tradicionals com la olleta, diferents arrossos melosos o els gaspatxos, elaborats amb productes de qualitat i seguint la tradici\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria de la zona.<br \/>\nEl preu del men\u00fa ser\u00e0 de 25 euros, sense beguda inclosa.<\/p>\n<p>Els restaurants participants en les VIII Jornades de la Cullera s\u00f3n: <strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Aeroclub de Alicante, Ca Pinto, Cervecer\u00eda Mutxamel, El Dorado, El Patio de Mari, Mes\u00f3n El Capricho, Molimar I, Molimar II, Les Tapes de la Iaia i Olmo Bar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de la proposta gastron\u00f2mica, des de l&#8217;Ajuntament es convida a visitants i comensals a completar la seua estada a Mutxamel gaudint d&#8217;una \u00e0mplia oferta complement\u00e0ria que inclou visites guiades, mon\u00f2legs, actuacions musicals i activitats esportives, com el Cross urb\u00e0, una forma diferent i saludable de con\u00e9ixer el municipi.<\/p>\n<p>Mutxamel oferix tamb\u00e9 un valu\u00f3s patrimoni cultural i natural, amb B\u00e9ns d&#8217;Inter\u00e9s Cultural com la Torre de Mutxamel, torre defensiva de l&#8217;horta del segle XV; els Jardins de Santa Elena, amb el seu emblem\u00e0tic ficus centenari; els Jardins de Penyacerrada, d&#8217;estil europeu; i l&#8217;entorn del riu Monnegre, on es pot visitar el Centre d&#8217;Interpretaci\u00f3 dels Fontetes, con\u00e9ixer el funcionament del Assut de Mutxamel i realitzar un passeig fins als coneguts com els d\u00e9us de l&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<p>Es recomana reservar taula amb antelaci\u00f3 en els restaurants participants.<\/p>\n<p>Mutxamel espera a ve\u00efns i visitants per a gaudir d&#8217;una experi\u00e8ncia completa on gastronomia, cultura, oci i esport es donen la m\u00e0.
