En l’edici\u00f3 d’enguany s’han venut m\u00e9s de 18.000 tapes<\/p>\n

El dijous 28 de juny l’auditori del Centre Social va acollir el lliurament de Premis Mutxatapa 2018, de mans de l’alcalde de Mutxamel, Sebasti\u00e1n Ca\u00f1adas, la regidora de Turisme, Inmaculada P\u00e9rez Juan, Mari Gracia Maestre Casas, en representaci\u00f3 del CdT Interior d’Alacant, aix\u00ed com l’empresa patrocinadora de la campanya, Comercial Tabarca i el grup Amstel, i l’Associaci\u00f3 de Comerciants.<\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s del recompte dels vots efectuats pels clients, va obtindre el primer premi, Millor Tapa del P\u00fablic, l’establiment Cerveseria Mutxamel amb la tapa \u201cSolomillo Estilo Cervecer\u00eda Mutxamel\u201d. Es va atorgar menci\u00f3 especial a segon premi, Millor Tapa del P\u00fablic, a l’establiment Ripmar amb la tapa \u201cAngus Joan Burguer\u201d i una altra menci\u00f3 especial al tercer premi, Millor Tapa del P\u00fablic, a l’establiment Bar Sim\u00f3n amb la tapa \u201cCarrillera Simon\u2019s\u201d.<\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s de l’obertura de l’informe del \u201cMistery Shopper\u201d o \u201cClient misteri\u00f3s\u201d els establiments que han obtingut els premis a les tapes i el c\u00f2ctel professional han sigut:
\n\uf0fc\tPrimer premi professional a la \u201cTapa m\u00e9s Innovadora\u201d: Restaurant Club de Campo, per la tapa \u201cCanel\u00f3n Crujiente de Carrillera Ib\u00e9rica con Bechamel de Idiazabal y turr\u00f3n de Jijona\u201d.
\n\u00c9s una tapa elaborada amb t\u00e8cniques innovadores i d’avantguarda, sabor excel\u00b7lent i molt equilibrada, on s’aprecien tots els sabors, t\u00e8cniques aplicades i presentaci\u00f3 correcta.<\/p>\n

\uf0fc\tPrimer premi professional a la \u201cTapa m\u00e9s tradicional\u201d: Bar Sim\u00f3n per la tapa \u201cCarrillera Simon\u2019s\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s una tapa molt ben elaborada que estava equilibrada i tenia integrats tots els productes, molt correcta i amb sabor incre\u00efble el contrast del coco amb la melmelada.<\/p>\n

\uf0fc\t1r premi professional al \u201cMillor C\u00f2ctel\u201d: Pub Essen per \u201cCocktail Mint Drops\u201d.
\nEl c\u00f2ctel estava molt equilibrat.<\/p>\n

Aquests premis han sigut atorgats per un professional de la restauraci\u00f3 i estan basats en valorar diferents aspectes, com la t\u00e8cnica, la palatabilitat, el servei i l’atenci\u00f3 rebuda.<\/p>\n

Durant la campanya es van vendre 18.207 tapes, sent un 79,60% locals i 20,40% de fora del municipi.<\/p>\n

Per a finalitzar es van lliurar alguns dels premis que reben els clients que van presentar la cartilla per a participar en el sorteig. El representant comercial de Tabarca i Amstel va lliurar el premi LA TEUA AL\u00c7ADA EN CERVESA, i l’Associaci\u00f3 de Comerciants de Mutxamel va entregar 4 sopars oferits per l’Associaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
